- Customer sends a booking request or WhatsApp message.
- ReelsXpress checks date, time, location, package, and creator availability.
- Team confirms availability and package scope on WhatsApp/call.
- Customer pays 50% advance to block the slot.
- Shoot happens as per confirmed schedule.
- Remaining payment is paid after the shoot and before final delivery.
- Reel is delivered same-day or requested-day where possible.
