Information We Collect
We may collect your name, phone number, email address, event type, event date, event location, preferred package, message details, booking notes, payment confirmation details, and communication history. If you share reel references, screenshots, venue details or other event information, those details may also be stored for coordination.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your booking enquiry and confirm creator availability.
- To coordinate packages, event location, travel, schedule, delivery timeline and payment steps.
- To assign creators and communicate must-capture moments or references.
- To maintain booking, payment, delivery and review records inside our CRM.
- To improve ReelsXpress service quality, marketing, customer support and operations.
WhatsApp, Telegram and CRM Notifications
ReelsXpress may use WhatsApp, email, phone calls and internal CRM notifications to coordinate booking requests. Enquiry details may be sent to a private team alert channel so that our team can follow up quickly. These internal alerts are used only for ReelsXpress operations.
Payment Information
ReelsXpress may record advance amount, balance amount, payment method, received-by details, UTR/reference number, screenshot status and verification notes. We do not collect card details through our website unless a verified payment gateway is added later.
Content, Photos and Reels
Event clips, edited reels, selected raw clips and mobile portraits are used for delivery to the customer. ReelsXpress may request permission before using client work in portfolio, Instagram, website or ads. If you do not want your content used publicly, inform us before or during booking confirmation.
Data Sharing
We may share only required event details with assigned creators, editors, operations partners or service providers involved in delivering the booking. We do not sell customer personal data to advertisers.
Data Retention
Booking records, payment references and customer communication may be kept for operational, accounting, legal and service-history purposes. You may request correction or deletion of non-essential information by contacting ReelsXpress.
