Average delivery is same day for many simple shoots, but final delivery depends on shoot timing, edit scope, number of reels and editor capacity. The final timeline is confirmed before booking.

Our primary base is Hyderabad, Telangana. Visakhapatnam and outstation shoots depend on creator availability, distance and travel coordination. Travel charges are confirmed before booking.

50% of the plan price is required as advance to confirm and block your shoot slot. The remaining 50% is paid after the shoot and before the final reel is delivered.

Raw clips are selected usable unedited clips from the shoot. They are shared through a link after reel delivery. They are not the full event video or complete camera roll.

Yes. Share Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, music preferences and must-capture moments before the shoot so the creator can plan the visual direction.

Must-capture moments are the moments you do not want missed — entries, cake cutting, ring exchange, brand reveal, family reactions, decor, product shots or speeches.

Rescheduling depends on creator availability and timing. Advance payment may be adjusted to a new slot based on the cancellation and reschedule policy.

Yes, for select outstation events. Travel, accommodation and logistics are charged separately and confirmed before booking.

Yes. Share the full event schedule when booking. Custom packages and additional shoot hours can be arranged for multiple moments or locations.

Final reels include a subtle ReelsXpress watermark by default. You can remove it with the Remove Watermark add-on.

Yes. 5-10 mobile portraits are included with the Premium Plan and available as part of the Selected Raw Clips + Portraits add-on.

Creators are reviewed for vertical framing, event discipline, communication and reliability before being assigned to ReelsXpress bookings.

We maintain a creator network and will attempt to arrange a replacement or reschedule if a genuine emergency occurs. The team will communicate immediately.

Our earlier brand spelling was ReelXpress. We have migrated to the official brand name ReelsXpress, with a double “s”. Some similar-looking names or websites may appear online, but the official ReelsXpress service uses reelsxpress.com, Instagram @reelsxpress_, and WhatsApp +91 90322 92111.
