This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how ReelsXpress handles booking changes, cancellations, advance payments, rescheduling, event delays and delivery-related concerns.
Booking Confirmation
Your slot is confirmed only after ReelsXpress confirms creator availability and verifies the required advance payment. A form submission or WhatsApp enquiry alone does not block the slot.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling depends on creator availability, event date, notice period and operational feasibility. If the creator is available for the new date/time, ReelsXpress may shift the booking. Travel, creator hold, late changes or additional requirements may affect pricing.
Customer Cancellation
If the customer cancels after confirmation, the advance may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on timing, creator blocking, travel planning and work already started. ReelsXpress will review each case practically and communicate the final decision.
ReelsXpress-Side Emergency
If an assigned creator has a genuine emergency, ReelsXpress will attempt to arrange a replacement creator or reschedule where possible. If we are unable to provide service after confirmation, a suitable adjustment, reschedule or refund discussion will be handled by the team.
Event Delay or Venue Issue
Coverage may be affected if the event starts late, venue access is restricted, shooting permission is denied, lighting is unsuitable, or the customer is unavailable for coordination. Extra time or additional coverage may be chargeable.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, the amount and timeline will be communicated on WhatsApp or email. Refunds are generally processed to the original/payment-confirmed method where feasible.
No Refund for Delivered Work
Once edited reels are delivered as per the confirmed scope, refunds are generally not applicable. Minor revision requests may be handled according to package terms.
