These Terms & Conditions apply to ReelsXpress booking requests, event reel shoots, package delivery, add-ons, creator assignment, payment, cancellation, raw clips and customer communication.
Booking Request vs Confirmed Booking
Submitting a website form, WhatsApp message or enquiry does not automatically confirm your booking. A booking is confirmed only after ReelsXpress checks creator availability, finalises the scope, confirms travel/add-ons if applicable, and verifies the required advance payment.
Packages and Scope
Package details, reel count, shoot duration, delivery format and add-ons are confirmed before the shoot. ReelsXpress creates short-form vertical event reels. We are not a full-length traditional wedding film or cinema camera videography service unless separately agreed in writing.
Advance and Balance Payment
Generally, 50% advance is required to block the slot. The remaining balance is collected after the shoot and before final delivery. Payment method, UTR/reference number, received-by details and verification status may be recorded for internal tracking.
Creator Assignment
Creators are assigned based on location, availability, event type, skill fit and operational feasibility. ReelsXpress may change the assigned creator if needed due to emergency, availability, logistics or quality-control reasons.
Event Timing and Delays
Customers should share accurate event time, venue, location pin, contact person and event flow. Delays caused by venue restrictions, late event start, customer-side changes, traffic, access issues or lack of coordination may affect coverage and delivery timelines.
Delivery Timeline
Average delivery may be same day for many simple shoots, but it is not guaranteed for every event. Delivery depends on shoot timing, edit scope, number of reels, editor availability, customer inputs and payment completion.
Revisions
ReelsXpress may provide minor revisions based on package terms. Minor revisions can include small text, order or trim adjustments. Full re-edits, new music direction, additional reels, major style changes or changes caused by missing references may be chargeable.
Raw Clips and Portraits
Raw clips mean selected usable clips from the shoot, not the complete camera roll or a full event video. Raw clips and mobile portraits are shared only when included in the package or purchased as an add-on.
Portfolio Usage
ReelsXpress may request permission to use delivered work for portfolio, Instagram, website or promotional use. If a client wants privacy, this should be informed clearly before final delivery.
