The easiest couple poses usually begin with a small action: walk together, adjust an outfit detail, exchange a quiet sentence, or turn toward each other. Movement gives the photographer and reel creator several natural frames instead of one stiff result.

Choose a few references before the event, but leave room for the creator to adapt them to the venue, clothing, light, and the couple’s comfort. The goal is a recognisable version of you, not a frame copied exactly from somebody else.

• Walk slowly while looking at each other
• Stand shoulder to shoulder and turn inward
• Hold hands and create a little distance between you
• Let one person lead while the other follows naturally

Close poses work well when the background is busy or the moment is emotional. Bring foreheads, shoulders, or hands closer together and let the camera concentrate on expressions, jewellery, rings, mehndi, clothing texture, and the small reactions between the couple.

For a vertical reel, the creator can move from a detail to a wider couple frame. That gives the edit a beginning and an ending without asking the couple to repeat a complicated performance.

• Forehead-to-forehead portrait
• Hands and rings close-up
• Over-the-shoulder smile
• Quiet conversation without looking at the camera

The best pose list is short enough to fit the real wedding timeline. Keep a few must-have couple frames for the calmest available window, then allow candid coverage during entries, rituals, greetings, performances, and family interactions.

Share important references before the shoot so the creator can plan where each idea fits. ReelsXpress reviews timing, venue access, coverage, deliverables, and availability before the booking is confirmed.

• Choose five must-have frames rather than fifty compulsory poses
• Tell the creator which jewellery, outfit, or ritual details matter most
• Keep enough time for family combinations
• Use candid movement when the schedule becomes tight
