Booking confirmation
Submitting the form creates a pending-payment booking with the package, add-ons, venue, and total shown at review. Your date is reserved after the required reservation payment is verified.
Urgent and outstation events may require manual scheduling or travel review. If ReelsXpress cannot fulfil a paid booking, the cancellation and refund terms below apply.
Prices and payments
The package total, reservation amount, add-ons, and balance are shown before payment. The reservation amount is collected online through Razorpay.
The remaining balance must be completed before the shoot. Your booking confirmation shows the payment schedule that applies to the selected package.
Coverage and deliverables
Coverage time, number of reels, photos, revisions, delivery estimate, and optional add-ons are defined by the selected package. Raw footage is included with every package, with the transfer timing and method confirmed for the booking. Extra time or work outside that scope may require a revised quote.
Venue and permissions
You must provide an accurate venue and ensure filming is permitted by the venue, event organiser, and people who must consent. Entry fees, permits, parking, or special access costs are the customer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
Rescheduling and cancellation
Contact support as early as possible if the event changes. We will confirm whether the creator can move to the new date and explain any price difference or non-recoverable cost before making the change.
Refund eligibility depends on the booking stage and costs already committed. If ReelsXpress cannot provide the confirmed service, the amount collected for that service will be refunded.
Delivery and revisions
Delivery times are estimates and may change because of event length, revision requests, connectivity, or circumstances outside reasonable control. Raw clips are included with every package. Revision quantities follow the selected package or confirmed add-ons.
Creative use and conduct
We will not publish identifiable customer event content as promotional work without permission. Customers and guests must provide a safe, respectful working environment for the assigned creator.
Support and changes
Booking-specific details in your confirmation take priority over general website copy. We may update these terms for future bookings; the version accepted when you submit applies to that booking. Current version: 2026-07-29.
