Our story
From a shoot-first idea to ReelsXpress.
The business began as ShootXpress in December 2024, later used the ReelXpress name, and evolved into ReelsXpress: a Hyderabad-first service focused specifically on social-ready vertical event reels.
Today, a four-person full-time team works with a network of more than 40 creators to support consumer celebrations and business events. Creator assignment depends on the event, location, and availability confirmed before booking.
Onsite workflow
Capture, edit, review, and deliver at the venue.
After the shoot, the assigned creator stays onsite to edit, take client feedback and agreed revisions, and deliver one or two reels before leaving the venue. Remaining deliverables follow the package and event timeline confirmed with the customer.
- Raw footage is included with every package.
- Music selection can be guided by the customer or the ReelsXpress team.
- Feedback is collected while the creator is still at the event.

ReelsXpress primarily serves Weddings, Corporate events, Birthdays and private celebrations. The booking team supports customers in Telugu, Hindi, English, with Hyderabad coverage and selected outstation shoots reviewed according to travel, event scope, and creator availability.

How ReelsXpress works.
How does onsite reel delivery work?
For every package, the assigned creator stays at the venue after shooting to edit, collect feedback, and deliver one or two included reels before leaving. Remaining deliverables follow the timeline confirmed for the selected package and event.
Is raw footage included?
Yes. Raw footage is included with every ReelsXpress package. Transfer timing and method are confirmed for the booking so the customer knows what to expect.
Which languages does ReelsXpress support?
The booking team can support customers in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
Does ReelsXpress accept outstation shoots?
ReelsXpress is based in Hyderabad and accepts selected outstation shoots after the event scope, travel, and creator availability are reviewed.
