This policy explains how ReelsXpress handles booking requests, confirmations, payments, delivery timelines, travel/outstation charges, and deliverables.
Booking request vs confirmation
Submitting the form creates a booking request. Booking is confirmed only after the team confirms creator availability and you pay a 50% advance to block the slot.
Payments
- 50% advance payment to block the slot
- Remaining payment after the shoot
- Final balance must be paid before final delivery
Travel / outstation
Hyderabad is the main service area. Visakhapatnam and other cities depend on creator availability. Travel/outstation charges are confirmed by distance and must be paid separately before the shoot for outstation bookings.
Delivery timeline
Same-day or requested-day delivery is planned where possible. Final timelines depend on event timing, footage volume, selected package and edit workload.
Raw clips and watermark
Raw clips mean selected usable clips from the shoot, not a full event video. Raw clips are shared after reel delivery when included or purchased as an add-on. A ReelsXpress logo/watermark is added by default unless removed via a supported add-on.
Revisions
Minor revisions are handled based on event and edit scope. Response time is generally within 24 hours after request. Full re-edits are not included as a standard free revision.
Portfolio usage
ReelsXpress may use delivered clips for portfolio/marketing only with customer permission. If permission is not available, no usage is assumed.
